The Discipleship Training School (YWAM DTS) seeks to bring you into a more intimate relationship with God. It also gives you an opportunity to discover your passions and your part in God’s purposes for the world. It is for those who long to follow Jesus in new ways with a different perspective.

The full-time program lasts five or six months and consists of two parts: lecture phase and outreach phase. The lecture phase takes place on a YWAM base, and the outreach phase applies what you learned through an intense, cross-cultural experience.

DTS is the prerequisite for not only becoming YWAM staff but also for YWAM’s second-level training.

Cost

Our DTS tuition is designed along a geopolitically sensitive scale, recognizing that not all economies are created equal. Along the universal YWAM scale, we have tuition broken down into 3 categories of nations: A, B and C, and the varying costs quoted are considered relatively equal when rated against the standard of living of the nations.

• Category B – (China, the Middle East, Eastern Europe, South Africa,) $5,250 USD
• Category C – (the Far East, South America, and the Caribbean) $4,780 USD
